Plastic gasket stamping method:

The plastic washer is manufactured by the die forming and stamping process. The body of the die is a mechanical punch, and the nylon sheet is processed through a punch with the same size by using the up and down cyclic stamping pressure of the punch. Its main features are: low cost of stamping molds, standard dimensional accuracy, and suitability for customers with small batch processing.

Plastic gasket injection molding method:

The plastic gasket is manufactured using injection molding technology, which applies the principle similar to that of a syringe. The body of the syringe is an injection molding machine, and the injection solution dissolves the plastic raw material. The finger pressure on the syringe is hydraulic pressure, which is used to make the raw material flow into the mold through a small hole called a "door", forming the raw material. Its main feature is that it can produce a large number of molded products of the same quality in a relatively short period of time; From the feeding of raw materials to the extraction of molded products, complete automation can be achieved; Capable of producing molded products with high dimensional accuracy and complex structures, etc. On the other hand, equipment investment is significant and mold costs are expensive.
